Eden was appointed by South Hampstead School to complete a full exterior refurbishment of its Netherhall Gardens site, alongside internal classroom works and a full window clean.

Eden completed Shell and Core plus Category A fit outs at Old Broad Street. Within budget and timeframe, works preserved heritage, delivered modern tenant-ready space, and minimized disruption through phased construction and careful planning.
