A: With Category A fit-outs, you'll get essentials like HVAC, lighting, and wiring. Category B includes everything in Cat A plus bespoke finishes such as furniture, signage, and branding.
Q: Can Eden manage health, safety, and compliance?
A: Yes-if your project involves multiple contractors, we act as the principal contractor, overseeing safety plans, site welfare, and compliance with all legal requirements.
