THE CHALLENGE

Eden London was tasked with transforming a bare tennis court at Harlow Leisurezone into a vibrant, modern adventure trampoline park for Urban Limitz. The goal was to create a bright, colorful, and inviting leisure space suitable for all ages, while adhering to a 14-week timeline. The project required compliance with stringent building control regulations, including fire and acoustic treatments, as the leisure centre remained fully operational during construction. Minimizing disruption to other areas of the centre and ensuring safety for the public were critical challenges.

OUR SOLUTION

Eden London designed and executed a comprehensive fit out tailored to Urban Limitz’s vision for a dynamic, urban-inspired trampoline park. We installed a mezzanine floor with a bespoke stainless-steel balustrade staircase, providing spectators with a bird’s-eye view of the trampoline area while contributing to the industrial aesthetic. The fit out included children’s party rooms, a canteen for food and drink, brightly colored artwork, and specialized lighting to create an engaging and lively atmosphere. To meet building regulations and ensure safety, we installed a 1-hour acoustic fire screen to separate the trampoline park from other operational areas of the leisure centre. Our team meticulously coordinated construction activities to minimize noise and disruption, maintaining full compliance with safety and environmental standards while keeping the project on track.

THE OUTCOME

The Urban Limitz trampoline park was completed on time within the 14-week schedule, delivering a vibrant, urban-themed leisure space that exceeded client expectations. The mezzanine floor, bespoke staircase, party rooms, canteen, and colorful design elements created an inviting and exciting environment for visitors of all ages. Despite the leisure centre remaining fully operational, Eden London executed the project with minimal disruption, adhering to strict fire and acoustic regulations. The client was thrilled with the modern, high-quality fit out, which perfectly captured the desired urban aesthetic and provided a successful, engaging trampoline park.
