
Eden was commissioned to transform 1000 square metres of office space at Phoenix House, Milton Keynes, for the landlord. The project involved a complete strip-out of 800 square metres, a full mechanical and electrical (M&E) upgrade, and a Category A fit out. In addition, the scheme required modernising the ground floor reception, common areas, and WCs, along with the installation of new revolving entrance doors. The challenge was to deliver a high-quality, tenant-ready space within a 14-week programme, ensuring all upgrades met modern standards and enhanced the building’s overall appeal.
