THE CHALLENGE

Eden was commissioned to transform 1000 square metres of office space at Phoenix House, Milton Keynes, for the landlord. The project involved a complete strip-out of 800 square metres, a full mechanical and electrical (M&E) upgrade, and a Category A fit out. In addition, the scheme required modernising the ground floor reception, common areas, and WCs, along with the installation of new revolving entrance doors. The challenge was to deliver a high-quality, tenant-ready space within a 14-week programme, ensuring all upgrades met modern standards and enhanced the building’s overall appeal.

OUR SOLUTION

Eden delivered a comprehensive fit out with careful planning to meet the landlord’s objectives. The works began with a full strip-out of the 800-square-metre office space, creating a clear foundation for redevelopment. A complete M&E upgrade followed, incorporating energy-efficient systems to improve performance and sustainability. The Category A fit out introduced new flooring, ceilings, walls, and modern fixtures to establish a professional, move-in-ready setting. At ground level, we reimagined the reception, common areas, and WCs with contemporary finishes, and new revolving entrance doors were installed to enhance both accessibility and appearance. Throughout, our team ensured compliance with regulations, upheld strict safety protocols, and minimised disruption, delivering a seamless project in line with Eden’s standards.
